AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with D. R. Sheerin
Construction, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Fleetwood Pump Station Elimination (88114), in the City of Fenton,
Missouri, in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the
District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to D. R. Sheerin Construction, Inc. for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Fleetwood Pump Station
Elimination (88114), in the City of Fenton, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 28th day of November, 1988 and formally executed
on the 13th day of December, 1988 by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, is hereby confirmed in compliance with Section 9.040 of
the Plan of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 28, 1988.
