AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-nine Thousand Six
Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($39,675.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Black Jack-
Dellwood Creek to be used for project costs for the rebuilding of
inlets, manholes and pipe in Maintenance Repairs No. 77B (88153),
in the Cities of Dellwood and Ferguson, and St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the rebuilding of said inlets,
manholes and pipe is Thirty-three Thousand Five Hundred Fifty
Dollars ($33,550.00) and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs and allowance for
construction change orders is Six Thousand One Hundred Twenty-five
Dollars ($6,125.00),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-nine Thousand Six
Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($39,675.00) is hereby appropriated
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Black Jack-Dellwood Creek to be used for project costs for the
rebuilding of inlets, manholes and pipe in Maintenance Repairs No.
77B (88153) in the Cities of Dellwood and Ferguson, and St. Louis
County, Missouri.

Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 28, 1988.
