AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERING ADDITIONAL FUNDS FROM THE CASH RESERVE
FUND OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY TO THE CITY OF RICHMOND
GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, following final approval of the annual municipal general
fund budget an emergency has arisen for future appropriations from
the general fund of the City of Richmond, and
WHEREAS, there has been accretions in the cash reserve fund of
Richmond Power and Light Company since June 30, 1973 in an amount
in excess of One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00).
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City
of Richmond, Indiana, that the sum of One hundred thousand dollars
($100,000.00) be transferred from the cash reserve fund of Rich-
mond Power and Light Company to the City of Richmond, Indiana
general fund.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
