AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING ADDITIONAL FUNDS FROM THE CASH RESERVE
FUND OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY TO THE CITY OF RICHMOND
GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, following final approval of the annual municipal general
fund budget an emergency has arisen for future appropriations from
the general fund of the City of Richmond, and
WHEREAS, there has been accretions in the cash reserve fund of
Richmond Power and Light Company since June 30, 1972 in an amount
in excess of Four hundred fifteen thousand seven hundred dollars
and twenty eight cents ($415,700.28).
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City
of Richmond, Indiana, that the sum of four hundred fifteen thou-
sand seven hundred dollars and twenty eight cents ($415,700.28)
be transferred from the cash reserve fund of Richmond Power and
Light Company to the City of Richmond, Indiana general fund.
