HomeMy Public PortalAbout07666 O R D I N A N C E NO. 7666 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of an easement for retention in Lot 10 of Northwest Industrial Subdivision, in the City of Bridgeton, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the District to vacate the portions of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portions, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The portions of an easement for retention described below are hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 10; thence in a Westerly direction along the South line of said Lot 10 and along a curve to the right, having a central angle of 00 degrees 11 minutes 24 seconds and a radius of 3014.80 feet, an arc distance of 10.00 feet to the true point of beginning of said easement; thence continuing in a Westerly direction along the South line of said Lot 10 and along a curve to the right, having a central angle of 01 degree 43 minutes 45 seconds and a radius of 3014.80 feet, an arc distance of 90.98 feet, to the North right-of-way line of St. Charles Rock Road; thence in a Westerly direction along the North right-of-way line of St. Charles Rock Road and along a curve to the left, having a central angle of 06 degrees 41 minutes 59 seconds and a radius of 1995.08 feet, an arc distance of 233.29 feet; thence North 17 degrees 31 minutes 13 seconds East, 89.38 feet; thence South 72 degrees 28 minutes 47 seconds East, 120.00 feet; thence South 17 degrees 32 minutes 20 seconds West 105.00 feet; thence South 68 degrees 43 minutes 31 seconds East, 180.42 feet; thence South 17 degrees 31 minutes 13 seconds West, 75.11 feet, to the true point of beginning of said easement, as recorded in Plat Book 247, Page 4 of the St. Louis County Records; excepting therefrom the easements for sewers as recorded in Plat Book 247, Page 4 and Book 8413, Pages 1644 and 1645 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 11, 1989.
