AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of
the District in a roadway and in a sewer easement in Section 14
Township 45 North, Range 5 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in
the subject roadway and sewer easement, and this District has no
further use for said roadway and sewer easement, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District hereby vacates any right, title or interest that it may
have in the following described roadway and sewer easement: The variable width easement across the Union Electric one hundred foot (100') wide right-of-way two thousand one hundred feet (2100') west of Spoede Road as recorded in Book 7600, Pages 1056 to 1062 of the St. Louis County Records and the roadway easement in the Union Electric one hundred foot (100') wide right-of-way, as recorded in Book 8101, Pages 1360 to 1366 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 11, 1989.
