AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighty-six Thousand Three
Hundred Ninety Dollars ($86,390.00) from the General Fund of the
District for engineering services to locate and evaluate the
condition of asbestos containing materials in District buildings,
Contract E-654.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty-six Thousand Three
Hundred Ninety Dollars ($86,390.00) is hereby appropriated from
the General Fund of the District for engineering services to
locate and evaluate the condition of asbestos containing materials
in District buildings, Contract E-654.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 11, 1989.
