AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of
the District in a portion of a sewer easement and a street in
Chaparral Estates, being part of Lot 4 of Subd. of the Homestead
Tract of Jonas Ochs, and in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 28
Township 44 North, Range 6 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in
the subject portion of a sewer easement and a street, and this
District has no further use for this street or portion of a sewer
easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District hereby vacates any right, title or interest that it may
have in the following described portion of a sewer easement and
street: (Dorclin Ct.):
The fifty (50) foot wide street (Dorclin Ct.) and the
easements of Chaparral Estates, excluding the ten (10) foot wide
easement described as: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 7 of Dorclin Acres Plat Number 3, as recorded in Plat book 62, Page 12 of the St. Louis County Records; thence North 89 degrees 39 minutes 20 seconds West a distance of 5.00 feet to a point; thence North 00 degrees 11 minutes 37 seconds East a distance of 5.00 feet to the point of beginning of the centerline of a 10.00 feet wide easement; thence North 00 degrees 11 minutes 37 seconds East a distance of 560.14 feet to a point; thence North 88 degrees 58 minutes 16 seconds West a distance of 142.32 feet to a point; thence North 82 degrees 00 minutes 45 seconds West a distance of 381.23 feet to a point; thence South
00 degrees 01 minutes 26 seconds East a distance of 397.63 feet to a point on a curve; thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 235.00 feet, an arc distance of 38.68 feet to a point; thence South 58 degrees 36 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of 139.68 feet to a point of curvature; thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 155.00 feet, an arc distance of 66.80 feet to a point on a curve; thence North 25 degrees 11 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 20.98 feet to a point; thence South 64 degrees 46 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 235.77 feet to a point; thence South 89 degrees 39 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of 93.48 feet to the point of beginning as recorded in Plat Book 169, Page 78 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 22, 1989.
