AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of
the District in a portion of a street in the eastern part of Lot
28 of Randell's Subdivision, in the City of Maplewood, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that the
District vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in
subject street, and the District has no further use for this
street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District hereby vacates any right, title or interest that it may
have in the following described street (Wrisberg Avenue):
A parcel of land located in the eastern part of Lot 28
of Randell's Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 135 of
the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 22, 1989.
