AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of easements in Lot 1
of Subdivision of Estate of Thomas Harrison, in the East 1/2 of
Section 36, in Township 45 North, Range 5 East, in St. Louis
County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District suitable alternate easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following portions of ten foot (10')
wide easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
Two parcels of land in Lot 1 of Subdivision of Estate
of Thomas Harrison, in the East 1/2 of Section 36, Township 45
North Range 5 East.
Parcel A being part of a ten foot (10') wide easement
recorded in Book 2689, Pages 123-125 of the St. Louis County
Records.
Parcel B being part of a ten foot (10') wide easement
recorded in Book 2693, Pages 107-109 of the St. Louis County
Records.
PARCEL A Commencing at a point being the Northeast corner of Huntleigh Hills Subdivision, as recorded in Book 48, Page 38, St. Louis County Recorder's Office, with the Northwest corner of property now or formerly conveyed to Antonio and Santo Pennise, Daily Number 11, September 20, 1966, St. Louis County Recorder's Office; thence South 01 degree 12 minutes 15 seconds West, along Eastern property line of said Huntleigh Hills Subdivision, a distance of 393.01 feet to a point; thence South 88 degrees 47 minutes 45 seconds East, a distance of 20 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 88 degrees
47 minutes 45 seconds East, continuing along said line a distance of 167.82 feet to a point; thence South 01 degree 12 minutes 15 seconds West, a distance of 315.00 feet to a point; thence North 88 degrees 47 minutes 45 seconds West, a distance of 10.00 feet to a point; thence North 01 degree 12 minutes 15 seconds East, a distance of 305.00 feet to a point; thence North 88 degrees 47 minutes 45 seconds West, a distance of 157.82 feet to a point; thence North 01 degree 12 minutes 15 seconds East, a distance of 10.00 feet to the point of beginning. PARCEL B Commencing at a point being the Northeast corner of Huntleigh Hills Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 48, Page 38, St. Louis County Recorder's Office, said point also being the Northwest corner of property now or formerly conveyed to Antonio and Santo Pennise, Daily Number 11, dated September 20, 1966, St. Louis County Recorder's Office; thence South 01 degrees 12 minutes 15 seconds West, along said Eastern line of Huntleigh Hills Subdivision, a distance of 248.01 feet to a point; thence South 88 degrees 47 minutes 45 seconds East, a distance of 5.00 feet to a point; thence South 01 degree 12 minutes 15 seconds West, a distance of 142.03 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 65 degrees 57 minutes 15 seconds East, a distance of 261.92 feet to a point; thence South 24 degrees 02 minutes 45 seconds East, a distance of 10.00 feet to a point; thence South 65 degrees 57 minutes 15 seconds West, a distance of 247.67 feet to a point; thence North 88 degrees 47 minutes 45 seconds West, a distance of 17.15 feet to a point; thence North 01 degree 12 minutes 15 seconds East, a distance of 2.97 feet to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 22, 1989.
