AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a sewer easement in U.
S. Survey 373, Township 44 North, Range 5 East, in St. Louis
County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted to
the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Beginning at a point in the most Eastern line of property
conveyed to the State of Missouri by deed recorded in
Book 6409, Page 1034 of the St. Louis County Records;
said point being also 90 feet perpendicularly distant
East of centerline Station 20 + 15 on the centerline of
Missouri State Route 141; thence Southwardly along a line
being 90 feet perpendicularly East of and parallel to the
said centerline of Missouri State Route 141, South 15
degrees 41 minutes 54 seconds East 68.61 feet to a point
in a North line of 10 foot wide easement granted to
Fenton Sewer Company by deed recorded in Book 7090, Page
802 of the St. Louis County Records; said point being
also the actual point of beginning; thence Eastwardly
along the North line of said easement, North 75 degrees
30 minutes 26 seconds East 152.80 feet to a point in a
Northwest line of property conveyed to Diversified
Equities by deed recorded in Book 7454, Page 188 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence Southwestwardly along
said Northwest line, South 44 degrees 06 minutes 10
seconds West 19.19 feet to a point in a South line of
said 10 foot wide easement; thence Westwardly along said
South line of a 10 foot wide easement, South 75 degrees
30 minutes 26 seconds West 136.21 feet to a point in the
aforesaid East right-of-way of Missouri State Route 141;
thence along said right-of-way, North 15 degrees 41
minutes 54 seconds West 10.00 feet to the actual point of
beginning, as recorded in Book 7090, Page 802 of the St.
Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 22, 1989.
