AN ORDINANCE, appropriating and setting apart out of
the General Fund of the District the sum of Eighty-eight Thousand
Five Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($88,525.00) for the
implementation of stormwater plan and design review, permit
control and construction inspection in the entire District
beginning April 1, 1989.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There is hereby appropriated and set
apart out of the General Fund of the District the sum of Eighty-
eight Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($88,525.00) for
the implementation of stormwater plan and design review, permit
control and construction inspection in the entire District
beginning April 1, 1989, as hereinafter detailed: Engineering Department Personal Services (Object Code 100) $ 40,500.00 Maintenance Department Personal Services (Object Code 100) $19,250 Materials & Services (Object Code 200) 2,000 Capital Outlay (Object Code 500) 11,000 TOTAL $ 32,250.00 Construction Management Department Personal Services (Object Code 100) $12,535 Materials & Services (Object Code 200) 3,240 TOTAL $ 15,775.00 TOTAL APPROPRIATION $ 88,525.00
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 22, 1989.
