AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($150,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek Extension and
Improvement Fund for the purchase of real property to provide
additional buffer area for the Coldwater Creek Wastewater
Treatment Facility.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($150,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater
Creek Extension and Improvement Fund for the purchase of real
property to provide additional buffer area for the Coldwater Creek
Wastewater Treatment Facility.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 22, 1989.
