AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District ("District") to purchase
from the owner thereof certain improved real property in St. Louis
County, Missouri for additional property contiguous to the
Coldwater Creek Wastewater Treatment Facility.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The District is hereby authorized and
directed to purchase from the owner thereof certain improved real
property consisting of approximately 6.1 acres located at 13802
Old Halls Ferry Road, St. Louis County, Missouri for additional
property contiguous to the Coldwater Creek Wastewater Treatment
Facility for the total purchase price of $150,000.00, said
property being described in Exhibit A, attached hereto as a part
of this Ordinance.
Section Two. Upon the execution and delivery to the
District of a General Warranty Deed in proper form conveying title
to said property to the District, the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer shall be and are hereby authorized and
directed to pay to said owner, for said property, the total sum of
$150,000.00.

EXHIBIT A A tract of land in U. S. Survey 104 Township 47 North Range 7 East and being part of Lot 10 of Subdivision of LYDIA MUSICK TRACT and described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 10; thence South 3 degrees 9 minutes East 431.70 feet to a point in the centerline of a creek; thence along the average centerline of a creek North 86 degrees 36 minutes West 842.10 feet to a point, being the Southeast corner of property conveyed to Postal Employees Country Club, a corporation, by deed recorded in Book 1565, Page 9; thence North 11 degrees 52 minutes East 370.18 feet to a point in the North line of said Lot 10; thence along the North line of said Lot 10, South 81 degrees 38 minutes East 111.26 feet to a stone; thence South 86 degrees 49 minutes West 631.75 feet to the point of beginning, EXCEPTING THEREFROM a strip 30 feet wide, along the East line of said Lot 10 and shown on Plat as a roadway, ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM that part thereof conveyed to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by instrument recorded in Book 4837, Page 340. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 22, 1989.
