AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an easement in Lot
8 of Camfield Square, in the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri, in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of an easement in Lot 8 of
Camfield Square, in the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri, in St.
Louis County, Missouri described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the Eastern corner of said Lot 8; thence along the South line of said Lot 8, South 53 degrees 37 minutes 00 seconds West, 102.00 feet to a point; thence North 28 degrees 23 minutes 40 seconds West, 7.57 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 53 degrees 37 minutes 00 seconds West, 27.09 feet to a point; thence North 21 degrees 42 minutes 08 seconds West, 114.21 feet to a point; thence North 67 degrees 27 minutes 00 seconds East, 13.59 feet to a point; thence South 28 degrees 23 minutes 40 seconds East, 108.28 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 190, Page 27 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 21, 1989.
