AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
U. S. Survey 2771, Township 47 North, Range 7 East, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of the above said easement with the Northerly line of Norma Lane, 50
feet wide, said point being South 89Ε33'31" East 124.85 feet from the intersection of said Northerly line of Norma with the Easterly line of Luscher Road; thence along said easement centerline the following courses
and distances: thence North 0Ε24'08" West 11.42 feet;
thence North 11Ε26'13" West 5.52 feet to the point of beginning of the herein described vacation; thence
North 78Ε33'47" West 5.00 feet; thence North 11Ε26'13"
East 129.98 feet; thence North 0Ε24'15" East 254.40 feet to a point on the Southerly line of property now or formerly conveyed to M. J. Keating by deed recorded in Book 7812, Page 230 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence South 89Ε33'31" East along said Southerly line
of Keating property 10.00 feet; thence South 0Ε24'15"
West 255.36 feet; thence South 11Ε26'13" West 130.94
feet; thence North 78Ε33'47" West 5.00 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Deed Book 8377, Page 51 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 21, 1989.
