AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of sewer easements in
part of Lots 58 and 59 of the Subdivision of Audubon Woods Plat 1
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said portion of subject easement
and the District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That portion of sewer easements
described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 59; thence North 89 degrees 11 minutes West a distance of 10.0 feet the point of beginning, the centerline of a 10 foot wide easement herein described; thence North 89 degrees 11 minutes West a distance of 76.01 feet to the termination of said easement, as recorded in Plat Book 280, Page 29 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 21, 1989.
