Home My Public Portal About07697 O R D I N A N C E NO. 7697 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements and all right, title or interest of the District to various roads in a tract of land in Section 13, Township 44 North, Range 4 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to vacate the portions of subject easements, and all right, title or interest that it may have in various roads, and the District has no further use for said portions or roads. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The following described portions of sewer easements are hereby vacated, to wit: Five parcels of land located in Section 13, Township 44 North, Range 4 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri. Parcel 1 being a portion of Vance Road forty feet (40') wide. Parcel 2 being a portion of Sulphur Spring Road forty feet (40') wide. Parcel 3 being a portion of Ridge Road a private road easement thirty feet (30') wide. Parcel 4 being a portion of a twenty-five foot (25') wide easement. Parcel 5 being all of a tract of land being all of Leon Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 24 of the St. Louis County Records. PARCEL 1 Beginning at the intersection of the Northeast line of Vance Road 40 feet wide, with the West line of property conveyed to Paul F. Mombert by deed recorded in Book 7301, Page 1781 of the St. Louis County Records; said point being distant South 00 degrees 33 minutes 00 seconds West 104.46 feet along the said West line of Paul F. Mombert property from the Northwest corner thereof; thence Southeastwardly along the said Northeast line of Vance Road 40 feet wide, South 33 degrees 40 minutes 32 seconds East 63.05 feet to a point; thence leaving said Northeast line of Vance Road 40 feet wide, North 74 degrees 28 minutes 32 seconds West 61.22 feet to a point in the Southwest line of Vance Road 40 feet wide; thence Northwestwardly and Westwardly along the said Southwest and the South line of Vance Road 40 feet wide, North 33 degrees 40 minutes 32 seconds West 146.86 feet and North 89 degrees 05 minutes 52 seconds West 203.87 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the right whose radius point bears North 38 degrees 56 minutes 47 seconds East 540.00 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 60.68 feet to a point in the North line of Vance Road, 40 feet wide; thence Eastwardly and Southeastwardly along the North and Northeast lines of said Vance Road 40 feet wide, South 89 degrees 05 minutes 52 seconds East 270.47 feet and South 33 degrees 40 minutes 32 seconds East 151.16 feet to the point of beginning. Williams and wife by deed recorded in Book 2683, Page 434 of the St. Louis County Records and the West line of property conveyed to Martin J.
