AN ORDINANCE, vacating an easement in Lot 2 of the
Subdivision of the John Hezel Estate in U. S. Survey 1923, in
Township 45 North, Range 5 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following ten foot (10') wide
easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the intersection of the Southern line of Olive Street Road, 60 feet wide, with the Western line of said Lot 2 of the Subdivision of the John Hezel Estate; thence South 1 degree 04 minutes 15 seconds West along the Western line of said Lot 2, 900.77 feet; thence South 88 degrees 55 minutes 45 seconds East, 52.94 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 25 degrees 21 minutes 09 seconds East, 10.00 feet; thence South 64 degrees 38 minutes 51 seconds East, 290.89 feet; thence South 25 degrees 21 minutes 09 seconds West 10.00 feet; thence North 64 degrees 38 minutes 51 seconds West, 290.89 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Book 6850, Pages 1344 and 1345 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 21, 1989.
