AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ten Thousand Six Hundred
Twenty-four and 32/100 Dollars ($10,624.32) from the Fee Fee
Extension and Improvement Fund to pay Sachs Properties, Inc. a
recoupment for sanitary sewer construction costs advanced by it
pursuant to a recoupment contract with the District, dated June
24, 1986, as authorized by Ordinance No. 6223, adopted October 23,
1985.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ten Thousand Six Hundred
Twenty-four and 32/100 Dollars ($10,624.32) is hereby appropriated
from the Fee Fee Extension and Improvement Fund to pay Sachs
Properties, Inc. a recoupment for sanitary sewer construction
costs advanced by it pursuant to a recoupment contract with the
District, dated June 24, 1986, as authorized by Ordinance No.
6223, adopted October 23, 1985.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 21, 1989.
