Home My Public Portal About07704 O R D I N A N C E NO. 7704 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in part of the Northeast Fractional One-quarter of Section 3, Township 45 North, Range 5 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri, WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to vacate the portions of subject easements, and this District has no further use for said portions, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The following described portions of sewer easements are hereby vacated, to wit: Seven parcels of land located in City Place in part of the Northeast Fractional One-quarter of Section 3, Township 45 North, Range 5 East in St. Louis County, Missouri. Parcel 1 being a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Book 4501, Page 475 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 2, 2A and 2B being portions of ten foot (10') and twenty-six foot (26') wide easements recorded in Book 7119, Page 2317, Book 7404, Page 851, Book 7445, Page 1037, Book 8082, Page 2367 and Book 8082, Page 2370 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 3 being a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Book 7404, Page 851 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 4 being portions of a fifteen foot (15') wide easement recorded in Book 7119, Page 2317, a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Book 7445, Page 1037 and a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Book 7602, Page 881 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 5 being a portion of a ten 2 foot (10') wide easement recorded in Book 7404, Page 851 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 6 being a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Book 7307, Page 954 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 7 being a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Book 4482, Page 504 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 1 - Beginning at the Northwest corner of property conveyed to Robert J.
