AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventy-six Thousand
Dollars ($76,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Meramec River Basin to be used
for project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Flesher Pump Station By-Pass (86027), in the Cities of Ellisville
and Ballwin, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said sanitary
sewers is Sixty-nine Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Dollars
($69,860.00), and the cost of inspection, construction staking,
advertisement costs, easement fees and allowance for construction
change orders is Six Thousand One Hundred Forty Dollars
($6,140.00),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-six Thousand Dollars
($76,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Meramec River
Basin to be used for project costs for the construction of
sanitary sewers in Flesher Pump Station By-Pass (86027), in the
Cities of Ellisville and Ballwin, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 21, 1989.
