AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Co., Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Flesher Pump Station By-Pass (86027), in the Cities of Ellisville
and Ballwin, Missouri, in compliance with Section 9.040 of the
Plan of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Co., Inc. for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Flesher Pump Station By-Pass
(86027), in the Cities of Ellisville and Ballwin, Missouri, within
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 3rd day of February, 1989 and formally
executed on the 21st day of February, 1989 by said contractor and
by the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, is hereby confirmed in compliance with Section 9.040 of
the Plan of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 21, 1989.
