AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bommarito
Construction Company for the rebuilding of inlets, manholes, inlet
manholes and replacing sewer pipe in Maintenance Repair Number 74
(87136), in the Cities of Maplewood, University City, Clayton and
Olivette, Missouri, in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan
of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bommarito Construction Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the rebuilding of inlets, manholes, inlet
manholes and replacing sewer pipe in Maintenance Repair Number 74
(87136), in the Cities of Maplewood, University City, Clayton and
Olivette, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 2nd day of
February, 1989 and formally executed on the 21st day of February,
1989 by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, is hereby
confirmed, in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 21, 1989.
