AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Purler-Cannon-
Schulte, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Subdistrict No. 511 (Lindbergh Terrace Addition), in St. Louis
County, Missouri in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of
the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Purler-Cannon-Schulte, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Subdistrict No. 511 (Lindbergh Terrace Addition), in St. Louis
County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 30th day of
January, 1989, and formally executed on the 21st day of February,
1989, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, is hereby confirmed
in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 21, 1989.
