AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Thirty
Thousand Dollars ($330,000.00) from the General fund of the
District for the purchase of real property for a new Bissell-
Coldwater maintenance service facility.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Thirty Thousand
Dollars ($330,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
of the District for the purchase of real property for a new
Bissell-Coldwater maintenance service facility.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 21, 1989.
