AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District ("District") to purchase
from the owner thereof certain improved real property in St. Louis
County, Missouri for a new maintenance facility.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The District is hereby authorized and
directed to purchase from the owner thereof certain improved real
property consisting of approximately 2.14 acres located at 7500
Mintert Industrial Court in St. Louis County, Missouri for a new
maintenance facility for the total purchase price of $330,000.00,
said property being more particularly described as follows:
Lots 14 and 15 of Mintert Industrial Park, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 148,
Page 38 of the St. Louis County, Missouri
Recorder's Office.
Section Two. Upon the execution and delivery to the
District of a General Warranty Deed in proper form conveying title
to said property to the District, the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer shall be and are hereby authorized and
directed to pay to said owner, for said property, the total sum of
$330,000.00.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 21, 1989.
