AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Four Hundred Fifty-eight
Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($458,700.00) from the Mississippi
River Operating Fund for emergency sewer repairs at Grand & Carter
(89104), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Hundred Fifty-eight
Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($458,700.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Mississippi River Operating Fund for
emergency sewer repairs at Grand & Carter (89104), in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 21, 1989.
