AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Part of Lot 12 Daniel Bissel Estate Subd., U.S. Survey 2699,
Township 47 North, Range 7 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portions of subject
easements, and this District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of sewer easements described
below are hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at an old iron pipe at the Northeast corner of Luther Center, Plat One, as recorded in Book 239, Page 43 of the St. Louis County records; thence along the East line of said property South 01 degrees 06 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 393.58 feet to a point; thence leaving said East property line North 88 degrees 54 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 56.0 feet to the true point of beginning of the tract herein described. Thence South 01 degrees 06 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 93.0 feet to a point; thence North 88 degrees 54 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 28.0 feet to a point; thence North 01 degrees 06 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 23.0 feet to a point; thence North 88 degrees 54 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 98.0 feet to a point; thence North 76 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 72.0 feet to a point; thence North 31 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 5.66 feet to a point; thence North 13 degrees 36 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 6.0 feet to a point; thence South 76 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 74.92 feet to a point; thence South 88 degrees 54 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 96.89 feet to a point; thence North 01 degrees 06 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 60.0 feet to a point; thence South 88 degrees 54 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 28.0 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 239, Page 43 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 12, 1989.
