AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer to execute an easement deed for
the construction and maintenance of electric lines and
appurtenances by Union Electric Company, across certain District
property in St. Louis County, Missouri, U.S. Survey 1341, Township
43 North, Range 6 East, also being part of Lot 4 of Jacob
Wickersham, Jr. Estate Partition; as described in a deed recorded
in Book 8010, Page 2034 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute an
easement deed for the construction and maintenance of electric
lines and appurtenances by Union Electric Company, across certain
District property in St. Louis County, Missouri, U.S. Survey 1341,
Township 43 North, Range 6 East, also being part of Lot 4 of Jacob
Wickersham, Jr. Estate Partition; as described in a deed recorded
in Book 8010, Page 2034 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records.
Section Two. The easement deed as authorized by
Section One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the Office of General counsel of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 12, 1989.
