AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Thirty-five
Thousand Dollars ($135,000.00) from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund for engineering services for the final design of
LC-3 (Lemay Creek), Contract E-655.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thirty-five
Thousand Dollars ($135,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Operating Fund for engineering services for the
final design of LC-3 (Lemay Creek), Contract E-655.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 12, 1989.
