AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-655 with Lenz Engineering Co.
for engineering services for the final design of LC-3 (Lemay
Creek).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-655 with
Lenz Engineering Co. for engineering services for the final design
of LC-3 (Lemay Creek).
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 12, 1989.
