AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($250,000.00) from the Mississippi River Operating Fund to
be used for project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers
in Fannie Avenue Sanitary Lift Station (S-2162, C-1322), in the
City of St. Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of sanitary
sewers is Two Hundred Thirty-two Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-
five Dollars ($232,325.00), and the cost of inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs, and allowance for
construction change orders is Seventeen Thousand Six Hundred
Seventy-five Dollars ($17,675.00), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($250,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi
River Operating Fund to be used for project costs for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Fannie Avenue Sanitary Lift
Station (S-2162, C-1322), in the City of St. Louis and St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 12, 1989.
