AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with J.H. Berra
Construction Co., Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Fannie Avenue Sanitary Lift Station (S-2162, C-1322), in the City
of St. Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri in compliance with
Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J.H. Berra Construction Co., Inc. as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers
in Fannie Avenue Sanitary Lift Station (S-2162, C-1322), in the
City of St. Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri, with The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 10th day of March, 1989 and formally executed on
the 20th day of March, 1989 by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District is hereby confirmed in compliance with Section 9.040 of
the Plan of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 12, 1989.
