AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
part of U.S. Survey 1919, in Township 45 North, Range 6 East, in
St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a
sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the intersection of the West line of Brentwood Blvd., 82 feet wide, with the West line of property conveyed to St. Louis County, Missouri, by deed recorded in Book 3785, Page 66 of the St. Louis County Records; thence North 24 degrees 52 minutes 00 seconds East 625.00 feet along said West line of Brentwood Blvd. to a point; thence North 88 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds West 29.92 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence North 88 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds West 167.18 feet to a point; thence North 1 degree 47 minutes 00 seconds East 10.00 feet to a point; thence South 88 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds East 173.20 feet to a point; thence South 32 degrees 51 minutes 58 seconds West 11.68 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Book 6733, Page 1766 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 12, 1989.
