AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty-four Thousand Dollars
($54,000.00) from the Clean Water Capital Improvement Trust Fund,
for Contract E-658 (engineering services required to prepare a
report providing recommendations concerning a feasible schedule
for rehabilitating the Mill Creek Sewer), in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7.120 of the Plan of the
District, the appropriation effected herein will not result in a
deficit at the end of the current budget year,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-four Thousand Dollars
($54,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Clean Water Capital
Improvement Trust Fund to pay the costs for Contract E-658
(engineering services required to prepare a report providing
recommendations concerning a feasible schedule for rehabilitating
the Mill Creek Sewer), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 12, 1989.
