AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50,000.00) from the General Fund for District-wide surveying
services, Contract E-659.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund for
District-wide surveying services, Contract E-659.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 10, 1989.
