AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-seven Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($37,500.00) from the General Fund of the
District, for geotechnical engineering services to be used
District-wide, Contract E-660.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-seven Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($37,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the District for geotechnical engineering services
to be used District-wide, Contract E-660.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 10, 1989.
