AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty-six Thousand One
Hundred Twenty-five and 28/100 Dollars ($56,125.28) from the Fee
Fee Extension and Improvement Account for the costs for adjustment
of sanitary sewer facilities at the Route 40 and Route 141
Interchange in St. Louis County, Missouri, pursuant to a Utility
Agreement between the District and the Missouri Highway and
Transportation Commission dated June 5, 1985.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 5983, adopted April 10, 1985,
authorized the execution of the aforesaid Utility Agreement, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-six Thousand One Hundred
Twenty-five and 28/100 Dollars ($56,125.28) is hereby appropriated
from the Fee Fee Extension and Improvement Account for the costs
for adjustment of sanitary sewer facilities at the Route 40 and
Route 141 Interchange in St. Louis County, Missouri pursuant to a
Utility Agreement between the District and the Missouri Highway
and Transportation Commission dated June 5, 1985.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 10, 1989.
