AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 5 and part of Lot 6 of Winterowd Place, in the City of St.
John, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the aforementioned Lot 5; thence along the Northern right-of-way line of Winterowd Place (30' wide) North 82 degrees 26 minutes 00 seconds West 25 feet to the true point of beginning; thence along a line parallel to the East line of said Lot 5, North 11 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East 93.615 feet to a point in the North line of said Lot 5, and said point being 25 feet West of the Northeast corner of Lot 5; thence along the Northern line of Lot 5 South 82 degrees 26 minutes 00 seconds East 7.5 feet to a point; thence South 11 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West 93.615 feet to a point in the Northern right-of-way line of Winterowd Place; thence along said right-of-way North 82 degrees 26 minutes 00 seconds West 7.5 feet to the point of beginning. Excepting therefrom the North 5 feet, and the 10 foot strip on the South of property more or less, of an existing 7.5 feet wide storm sewer easement as per recorded in Plat Book 95, Page 57 and Plat Book 81, Page 7 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 10, 1989.
