AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventy-eight Thousand
Dollars ($78,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for engineering
services for the final design of TM-2 (Ballas Road Sanitary Relief
Phase II), Contract E-663.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-eight Thousand Dollars
($78,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for
engineering services for the final design of TM-2 (Ballas Road
Sanitary Relief Phase II), Contract E-663.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 10, 1989.
