AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Wachter
Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Clager
Drive #2715 (88057), in St. Louis County, Missouri, in compliance
with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Wachter Construction, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in Clager
Drive #2715 (88057), in St. Louis County, Missouri, with The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 30th day of March, 1989 and formally executed on
the 11th day of April, 1989 by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District is hereby confirmed, in compliance with Section 9.040 of
the Plan of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 10, 1989.
