AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF EIGHT HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-FIVE
DOLLARS ($875.00) FROM THE SURPLUS BARRETT LAW, FOR THE 1974 BUDGET
OF THE BARRETT LAW DEPARTMENT.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Rich-
mond, Indiana that there be, and there is hereby appropriated out of
the Barrett Law Department for the year 1974 as follows:

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
