A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE
PRINTING OF THE COMMUNITY NEWSLETTER, LYNWOOD N'
PERSPECTIVE (LNP)
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood desires to obtain the services of a
qualified printer; and
WHEREAS, it is a common practice by cities to solicit proposals for
certain services; and
WHEREAS, the proposals received from printing companies would allow
City staff to select the service that would be most effective and efficient.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, order, and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That staff be authorized and directed to send out a Request
for Proposals for a printing service.
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6t" day of May, 2008.
