AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Four Thousand
Dollars ($104,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Meramec River Basin for
engineering services for the final design of FC-1 Fenton Creek
Sanitary Relief Phase II, Contract E-664.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Four Thousand
Dollars ($104,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Meramec River
Basin for engineering services for the final design of FC-1 Fenton
Creek Sanitary Relief Phase II, Contract E-664.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 1989.
