AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-four Thousand Dollars
($44,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and
Improvement Account for engineering services for the final design
of Coldwater Electrical Modifications, Contract E-665.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-four Thousand Dollars
($44,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Extension and Improvement Account for engineering services for the
final design of Coldwater Electrical Modifications, Contract E-
665.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 1989.
