AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighty-five Thousand
Dollars ($85,000.00) from the Fee Fee Extension & Improvement
Account for engineering services for the final design of CC-16
Whispering Hills Sanitary Relief, Contract E-670.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty-five Thousand Dollars
($85,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee Extension &
Improvement Account for engineering services for the final design
of CC-16 Whispering Hills Sanitary Relief, Contract E-670.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 1989.
