ORDINANCE NO. 2850-1973
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF
RICHMOND, INDIANA, CHAPTER 6, SECTION 6.25 OF THE CITY
OF RICHMOND PARK ORDINANCE.
Be it Ordained by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, that:
SECTION 1. Chapter 6, Section 6.25 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Richmond, Indiana, (also being a
Section of Ordinance No. 1853-1961, Article III, Section
14) is hereby amended to read as follows:
6.25 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. No person shall bring
beer, ale, or other alcoholic beverages into any
park, or consume, have in possession, sell, give
away or handle any intoxicating or alcoholic
beverages in any park, except that beer may be sold
for consumption by a duly authorized liscensee of
the City of Richmond Park Board at the Highland
Lake Golf Club.
SECTION 2. Said Chapter of said Municipal Code (and
said Ordinance) shall otherwise remain in full force
and effect.
PASSED and adopted by the Common Council of the City of
