AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into an amendment to Contract E-651 with
Zurheide-Herrmann, Inc. for additional engineering services for
the final design of Upper Coldwater Creek Sanitary Relief, Section
E.
WHEREAS, Ordinance, No. 7621, adopted December 14,
1988, authorized execution of said Contract E-651,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into an amendment to
Contract E-651 with Zurheide-Herrmann, Inc. for additional
engineering services for the final design of Upper Coldwater Creek
Sanitary Relief, Section E.
Section Two. The contract amendment authorized in
Section One of this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of
the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 1989.
