AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lots 43, 44, 45, 46, 47 and 48 of Weber Terrace, in St. Louis
County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easements, and this
District has no further use for said easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
Four parcels of land located in Weber Terrace as
recorded in Plat Book 281, Page 45 of the St. Louis County
Records. Said four parcels being part of a fifteen (15) foot
wide easement. Parcel 1 - Commencing at the southwest corner of aforesaid Lot 43; thence along the western boundary line of Lot 43 North 07 degrees 24 minutes East for a distance of 67.00 feet to a point; thence South 82 degrees 36 minutes East for a distance of 10.00 feet to an angle point on the existing easement along the west side of said Lot 43, said point being the true point of beginning; thence along said easement line South 82 degrees 36 minutes East for a distance of 15.00 feet to the eastern boundary of the 25 foot wide easement; thence along said eastern boundary South 07 degrees 24 minutes West for a distance of 167.30 feet to a point; said point being 5.00 feet north of the south boundary line of aforesaid Lot 44; thence North 82 degrees 36 minutes West along a line parallel to and 5 foot north of said south boundary line for a distance of 15.00 feet to a point; thence North 07 degrees 24 minutes East along a line parallel to and 10 foot East of the western boundary line of aforesaid Lots 43 and 44 for a distance of 167.30 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel 2 - Commencing at the southwest corner of aforesaid Lot 45; thence along the western boundary line of Lot
45 North 07 degrees 24 minutes East for a distance of 5.00 feet to a point; thence South 82 degrees 36 minutes East for a distance of 10.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence North 07 degrees 24 minutes East along a line parallel to and 10.00 foot east of aforesaid western boundary line for a distance of 50.00 feet to a point; thence South 82 degrees 36 minutes East for a distance of 15.00 feet to a point; thence South 07 degrees 24 minutes West along a line parallel to and 25.00 feet east of aforesaid western boundary line of Lot 45 for a distance of 50.00 feet to a point; thence North 82 degrees 36 minutes West for a distance of 15.00 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel 3 - Commencing at the southwest corner of aforesaid Lot 46; thence along the western boundary line of Lot 46 North 07 degrees 24 minutes East for a distance of 5.00 feet to a point; thence South 82 degrees 36 minutes East for a distance of 10.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence North 07 degrees 24 minutes East along a line parallel to and 10.00 feet east of aforesaid western boundary line for a distance of 50.00 feet to a point; thence South 82 degrees 36 minutes East for a distance of 15.00 feet to a point; thence South 07 degrees 24 minutes West along a line parallel to and 25.00 feet east of aforesaid western boundary line of Lot 46 for a distance of 50.00 feet to a point; thence North 82 degrees 36 minutes West for a distance of 15.00 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel 4 - Commencing at the southwest corner of aforesaid Lot 48; thence along the western boundary line of Lot 48 North 07 degrees 24 minutes East for a distance of 5.00 feet to a point; thence South 82 degrees 36 minutes East for a distance of 10.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence North 07 degrees 24 minutes East along a line parallel to and 10.00 foot east of aforesaid Lots 47 and 48 western boundary line for a distance of 110.00 feet to a point; thence South 82 degrees 36 minutes East for a distance of 15.00 feet to a point; thence South 07 degrees 24 minutes West along a line parallel to and 25.00 feet east of aforesaid western boundary line of Lots 47 and 48 for a distance of 110.00 feet to a point; thence North 82 degrees 36 minutes West for a distance of 15.00 feet to the point of beginning.
